Thanks Olivia!
Went down to our Surveying Studio today to finish the powerpoint for our law presentation this Friday (still have a report which im doing now). When i stepped into the Studio, it was in a mess! They were actually having an event inside! Student were writing caligrapgy on red pieces of paper.
Later on then did i found out that the student were wishing one another all the best for their exams by giving each other the red pieces of paper. How did i know? Coz i got one too!
It reads, "JC geng guo" in cantonese. In mandarin its "JC jing guo" which means to pass. Pass wat? Apparently its to pass over GPA 3 (their maximum is 4). And if ur GPA is 3 or above, its known as a Superpass, quite cool rite? Sounds so much better than what Dean's list, what stupid elitist country would have such elitist terms for eliti.... wait, ok nvm getting Off Topic.
Yup thanks to Olivia! I think Li ying got one from her too. Didnt write any coz i was engrossed law. So i didnt write any law. Later during dinner, Olivia saw me and asked me about my law presentation. I told her that we finished the slides already, just left with the law report law. Their group so good, present next week, my group has to present this friday!!!!
